How do you price, per-minute or channel-based?

We use flat channel pricing — you pay for concurrent call capacity (CC), not per-minute. This gives you predictable monthly billing and no surprise overage charges. Are there any hidden fees?

No. The monthly channel price is the full platform cost. You pass through only the SIP trunk termination charges from the carrier (for outbound calls) and DID rental for inbound numbers. We show you the full cost breakdown upfront in the quote.

Can I start month-to-month?

Starter and Growth plans can be arranged on short terms. Longer commitments typically qualify for preferential pricing. Enterprise deployments usually run on annual contracts due to infrastructure provisioning. Discuss terms as part of your quote.

Do you offer a trial or pilot?

Pilot deployments can be arranged for qualified use cases. Scope and terms are agreed as part of the quote. Contact us to discuss.

What's the setup time?

Typical timelines: simple IVR menus can go live in a few days. Broadcast campaigns with custom integrations take longer, depending on complexity. Exact timeline is agreed during scoping.

Can I scale up or down?

Capacity can be adjusted as your needs change. Scale-downs on month-to-month plans are allowed at the end of each billing cycle. Talk to us about planned growth so we can size the deployment correctly.

Do you support Indian market pricing?

Yes. Indian deployments are priced in INR, with local SIP trunks and DLT-compliant outbound setup. Ask for an INR quote.

What if I need 10,000+ concurrent calls?
